The Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® Association has over 11,000 REALTOR® Members. These REALTOR® Members come from all different offices throughout the area (RE/MAX, Century 21, Keller Williams, etc.) The REALTOR® Members belong to the Association to receive access to the MLS, continued education, and other unique opportunities.

KCRAR also has businesses that belong to the organization. These businesses are called Industry Partner Members. Member Marketing is partnered with KCRAR. We take care of their outreach, selecting local businesses to promote throughout the organization. 

KCRAR  includes a digital flipbook publication including all Industry Partner Members on the KCRAR website. There is also an interactive Industry Partner Roster App available on the Apple and Android store where we include your company as well. The App is used by KRCAR REALTOR® Members to easily find and support KCRAR Industry Partner Members.

There are many opportunities to increase your digital reach; enhanced advertising within the app, push notifications, and more!

The KCRAR Printed Community Directory/Home Services Guide includes all Industry Partner Members with a simple contact information listing. 

The booklet is printed using the highest quality materials; offset printing, high gloss coated cover, and pages similar to a brochure. 

The publication is distributed at new member orientations, networking events, and brokerages throughout the county. 

Included within is a spot for the REALTOR® Members business card, a home buyer/seller checklist, local utility numbers, a map of the community and more! REALTOR® Members use the Guide in their marketing plan. Distributing it at open houses and client meetings. 

Unlike other networking methods the KCRAR Networking meetings are casual. You’re not required to attend every meeting. Drop in when you have the time and meet face to face with REALTORS® who have the ability to personally refer your company.

In addition to the weekly networking meetings KCRAR has annual events to attend; Award Galas, Golf Tournaments, After Hours Networking Mixers, etc. 

All packages are inclusive one-time fees for a set time period. Graphic design, Affiliate Membership, Print & Digital Distribution is all included. You will never experience any hidden fees and our representatives are 100% transparent. 

All of our packages are offered at a one-time cost for 12 months. After the 12 months your account representative will reach out and go over the renewal process. Most times your cost will go down in the second year!
